A commercial property is any that helps in earning a certain amount of income, be it an office building, restaurant, shopping malls, hotels, industrial parks, factories or warehouses. The property in whichever form must be used for business purposes. On the contrary, real estate is a much broader term which describes a piece of land and any permanent fixation to the land, for e.g., a building, in other words, fixed property. Usually, the municipality borders such commercial properties towards one particular corner of the city to maintain law and order. Certain criterions set by the municipality have to be recalled whenever someone is trying to establish a commercial property, for e.g., a definite aesthetic might be fixed for a definite building.
